Our store is one of the rare game stores that provides game delivery services for busy Singaporeans. The best part is that under some conditions, the delivery is free! If not, the delivery fee is affordable so if you need to get anything from us but do not have the time/opportunity to step out of your office/home, please do utilise the delivery service!

We provide free delivery to:

• Offices, shops and residences within 300m of any of these MRT stations: City Hall, Bugis, Dhoby Gaut, Somerset, Orchard, Newton, Novena, Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, Clarke Quay, Outram Park. (only for weekdays 2pm-6pm)
• Offices in the Selegie/Brash Basah areas (only for weekdays 2pm-6pm)
• MRT stations: City Hall, Bugis, Dhoby Gaut, Somerset, Orchard, Newton, Novena, Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, Clarke Quay, Outram Park (please provide an allowance of 10mins waiting time if possible) (only for weekdays 2pm-6pm)
• Or if you have ordered a particular item from the store and paid for it, but it gets sold out by the time you get to the store, we will deliver it to your home free for you (by mutual arrangement)
• Or if you ordered more than $500 worth of products and services

Home Deliveries (paid)

Following the latest trends in public transportation, we will be offering distance based delivery fees if your area is not within the free delivery area:

• $4 for distances within 5KM
• $6 for distances 5-10KM
• $8 for distances 10-15KM
• $10 for distances above 15KM

To use this calculator, we use Google Maps and Fortune Centre as a starting point. For example, from Fortune Centre to Marsilling will be above 20KM by travelling distance.

Postage

We also provide normal postage FREE for game software only (max 2 copies in 1 bubble envelope). Special/Collector Editions are not mailable due to their sheer size even though we are using a A4 sized envelope. We will require the customer to order the product through the online shopping cart or e-mail at least, then transfer the amount over after getting a confirmation. You should get the game within 48hrs after the day of postage and hence for tradeback purposes, we will add a leeway of 2 days if you are ordering by postage. =)
